XARP XP1440-10W CE certified welding robot

The XP1440-15W is supplied with CE certification for applicable markets.

Why Was the XP1440-15W Upgraded to 15kg?

The XP1440-10W is designed for manufacturers that need more than a basic robotic arm for repetitive welding. With its upgraded 15kg payload, the robot provides additional capacity for the welding equipment, torch, cable package and application tooling used in industrial welding cells.

The robot provides a 1440mm maximum reach and six-axis movement, allowing the welding torch to approach components from different orientations. For manufacturers, this means the XP1440-10W can serve as the robotic platform inside a customized welding cell rather than being limited to one fixed production application.

What Can the XP1440-10W Be Configured to Do?

The robot can be integrated into different industrial welding cells depending on the workpiece and production process. Typical applications include:

  • Metal fabrication
  • Hardware components
  • Home appliance components
  • Construction-related steel structures
  • Agricultural machinery components
  • Automotive and heavy-vehicle components
  • General industrial welding

The same robot platform can also be combined with additional equipment when the workpiece requires a different positioning strategy.

Robot + Customized Positioner

One Robot Platform, Multiple Cell Configurations

Not every welding application requires the same mechanical layout. Depending on the workpiece, the XP1440-10W can be configured with:

Customized Positioners

For rotating or tilting workpieces during welding.

External Axes

For applications requiring additional robot movement or an expanded working area.

Customized Fixtures

For repeatable workpiece positioning and faster loading.

Welding Equipment Integration

The robot can be configured with suitable welding equipment according to the customer's process and equipment requirements. This approach allows XARP to build the automation around the customer's component instead of forcing every customer into one standard cell.

Built Around XARP's Own Control Technology

This is not only a robot-arm purchase. XARP develops its own core control technologies, including:

  • Robot controller
  • Servo systems
  • PLC technology

This in-house development provides XARP with greater control over system integration and customized automation projects. For customers requiring customized robot cells, external axes, positioners or OEM configurations, the ability to work directly with the robot manufacturer can simplify technical communication during project development.
